  • "Tbs canola or other oil
  • 1 dium onion (diced)
  • 1 lae clove of garlic (diced)
  • 1 lb gund round
  • 1 cup did tomatoes (fresh or canned)
  • 1 cup cornernels
  • 1 4.5 oz. n chopped green chilies
  • 2 tsp Worcestehire sauce
  • 1 tsp hot pepperauce (e.g. Tabasco)
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 t basil
  • 1/2 tspumin
  1. In a lge skillet over medium heat, sauté the onion and garlic just till transparent. Add the meat to the skillet, and break up so it browns nicely. Drain the oil from the skillet and add all the remaining ingredients. Bring to a simmer and allow to simmer for 5 minutes, uncovered. Serve. Goes well with a salad, or french fries, or garlic bread. Serves 4.”
