- lb ground beef
- 5 s steak sauce e.g. A-1, OR Worcestershire sauce, divided
- 4 sles of American cheese or cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cusour cream
- 2 Tbs chped green onion
- In a medium bowl, combine beef and 3 Tbs steak sauce. Shape into 8 thin patties. Place 1 slice cheese in center of each of 4 patties. Top with remaining patties and seal edges. In a small bowl, combine sour cream, remaining steak sauce, and green onions. Pan-fry burgers or grill over medium heat until beef is no longer pink. Top each of 4 burgers with sauce. Serves 4.
