Unox Convection Oven Review:
This Unox Convection Oven is such a versatile machine and trust me I expected the worst but actually was very surprised. I have been baking for years at home and have a profession in bakeries and with the knowledge I have, I must admit I had certain preconceptions.
I love to bake lots of different things, don’t we all? What we all want is the best results and I was skeptical of this machine, but conscious that I need to keep up to date, so I thought I would buy one.
It was one of those times when I received the new machine for a test and I was very happy to have it fit into my busy schedule. I have recently set up my own business and I am busy all the time. I do all the baking at home, and I have a lot of deliveries to do for different shops.
I used it in all types of settings, from batch baking for shops to large and small function orders. I made lots of different types of deserts and I was pleasantly surprised at how amazing the results were. Make no mistake this machine is not a magic machine, but it delivers great results and what else do you need.
It is easy to use. I was surprised at how easy it was, it has a great programme range from very basic to detailed. The joint venture controls are brilliant for all the different functions, and I even had the head of one of my retailers using it for his shop. It has a great design that is very handy and easy to fit into any kitchen or shop. The look of the machine is so professional you wonder why you have not had one all along.
There is nothing that can stop you, as all the knowledge you have as a professional will help you to get the best results. I still like to experiment with different types of baking and when I make something new I will have the Unox on hand to get the best results and I am sure the best results is what you are after too.
I would recommend this machine to everyone. If you want to save time, make great deserts fast and efficiently, this is the machine for you. It is a great investment and you will have a great helping hand in the kitchen or shop.

Hi, this review is great. Could you also specify if Unox Arianna is good for baking mostly cakes and cupcakes?
