My Mother bakes her wonderful Banana Bread for the Family, Friends, and Church. I purchased a stand mixer to help her out, discovered that she used foil pans and was washing them out each time (8 at a time) purchased 4 to begin with to make sure she approved. This is a set of 4, 9×5 inch pans. They have a non-stick finish, oven safe up to 500 degrees, bake whatever we cook in them evenly, and are easy to clean. They are also dishwasher safe. As a bonus the come with an oven mitt. Excellent value for decent pans. Love my pans, and the price, biggest bang for my bucks!!!

Because of family health issues we make our bread from freshly ground wheat & have done for decades now, using several different types of loaf pans in that time: glass, plain metal, nonstick metal. Hands down, the OXO Pro gold loaf pan beats them all for producing consistent & quite beautifully browned bakes, easily removed from the pan, for both yeasted & quick loaves of bread. It is also a much better buy than the Williams & Sonoma gold baking pans, priced as if they’re made of actual gold. I’m buying more of the OXO Pro line & donating my current loaf pan hoard to charity. Overall, I highly recommend this loaf pan to any baker. Handwashing is a small price to pay for a quality kitchen tool you can rely on.
